Gravity sewer long section Get the plan view and long section as a DXF ready for CAD.

Design gravity sewer long sections — gradients, manholes, drops — in your browser. Water and gas networks too. Import survey data, draw the route, export a clean DXF drawing ready for CAD.

Three steps from survey to DXF

No install, no dongle, no waiting for it to unfreeze.

01

Paste coordinates

We accept CSV, TXT, and data copied from CAD or Excel. Separator detected automatically. X, Y, Z or X, Y with a default ground level.

02

Design the network

Add manholes and gravity sewer segments. Set gradients, invert levels and drops — all with a live preview. Design water or gas networks the same way.

03DXF

Download the DXF

Dual scale (separate H and V), tidy layers, opens in AutoCAD, ZWCAD or BricsCAD.

See how it works in practice

Plan view and long section in one tool

Many networks on a single drawing. Main run, branches, crossings — visible immediately in both the plan and the profile.

Plan view in the Altivo app: three networks (water blue, sewage brown, gas orange) with the main run, branches and crossings.

Plan view — all networks in industry colours, crossings highlighted automatically.

Profile view in the Altivo app: ground line, pipe axis with slopes, highlighted crossings and a full table of elevations, slopes, diameters, angles and stationing.

Profile view — ground line, pipe axis, a 10-row table with elevations, slopes and stationing.

A DXF ready for further CAD work

Open the file and keep layers, text and route range under control from the start.

Layers

P_WATER_ROUTE

Separate layers for networks, labels, elevations, crossings and tables.

Text

MText

Labels stay editable after opening the file in CAD.

Range

0+120 - 0+460

Export the whole profile or only the selected route section.

Offset

0,0

Large coordinates are shifted closer to zero for more stable work.

Dual scale

Separate horizontal and vertical (e.g. 1:500 / 1:100), generated automatically from the route range. You pick the starting and ending stationing before export.

Editable MText

Labels are not exploded into line segments — in CAD you change the text in one click. No retyping, no OCR-ing your own drawing.

Layers prefixed by industry

P_WATER_ROUTE, P_SEWER_ELEVATIONS, P_GAS_LABELS. Every network and every drawing type has its own layer — you control visibility and colour independently.

Coordinates normalised to zero

Large coordinates can reduce precision in some CAD tools. The export automatically subtracts an offset computed from min(X), min(Y) — the DXF opens near 0,0.

Five industries, sensible defaults

Create a new network and you already have the right parameters. Every default can be overridden per network, per segment, per point.

Questions a reviewer would ask

Concrete answers, no marketing.

What input formats do you accept?
CSV, TXT, and data copied directly from CAD or Excel. Separator detected automatically: comma, semicolon, tab or space. Rows X Y Z or X Y (then Z is taken from the network's default ground level).
What about the coordinate system?
Any metric coordinate system. The origin (offset) is computed automatically from min(X), min(Y) at first import — you don't have to shift points by hand or worry about precision in CAD.
Where is my data?
Stored in the application database, tied to your account. Projects are private — only you and members of your organization have access.
Does it work with BricsCAD and ZWCAD?
Yes. The DXF export follows AC1018+, opened by every CAD that supports the format: AutoCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, GstarCAD and others.
Can I export a range of the route?
Yes. Before export you choose any starting and ending stationing, pick two scales (horizontal and vertical) and download the DXF.
Do I need a dongle or a per-station licence?
No. The app runs in the browser — no USB dongle, no install, no shifting licences between computers.
Do you issue VAT invoices for companies?
Yes. Altivo is operated by a registered company and we issue standard VAT invoices for business customers. We support invoices for companies in Poland, other EU countries (including EU VAT and reverse charge where applicable) and outside the EU, in line with the relevant tax rules.
Can I import a DXF or a background map?
Not in the current MVP. DXF/GeoJSON import and background maps are on the roadmap.
The app is missing a feature I need. What should I do?
Altivo is under active development — we regularly add new features and improve existing tools. Write to us and describe what is missing from your design workflow. We listen closely to user feedback because it helps us build an app that genuinely makes everyday work easier.
Is the app available in other languages?
Yes. Altivo runs in four fully localized language versions: Polish, English, German and Spanish. The interface, marketing pages and app messages are prepared separately for each language.
