Terms of service
The terms below cover how the application may be used, payment rules, and your rights as a consumer.
Operator and general provisions
The Altivo application, available at altivo.pro, is operated by KBM Projekt Bartosz Kiliński, ul. Szybowcowa 16/65, 54-130 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID PL8992617267 (the "Operator"). Contact: [email protected], +48 508 226 216. These terms govern the use of the application and constitute the terms of service for the supply of services by electronic means.
Scope of the service
Altivo is a browser-based tool for designing long sections of utility networks with DXF export. Every new user receives a 7-day free trial with full access. After it ends, continued use of paid features requires a purchase.
Technical requirements
To use Altivo you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript enabled, and necessary cookies enabled. The application runs entirely in the browser; exporting DXF/XLSX files requires a browser that supports file downloads.
Your account
Using paid features requires creating an account and providing accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and must not share your account with third parties. By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Operator may suspend an account in case of clear abuse (security attacks, extreme load generation).
Payments and prices
Access to paid features can be purchased as one-time access for a fixed period or as a subscription, depending on the available offer. Prices shown in the application are gross prices and include VAT at the applicable rate. Payments are handled by Stripe; available methods include payment card, BLIK and Przelewy24. After paying for an order you receive proof of purchase. A subscription can be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer, and a sole trader treated as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Altivo supplies digital content and is provided on a continuous basis. By placing an order you consent to the service starting before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that, once performance begins, you lose the right of withdrawal. A withdrawal statement, where applicable, can be submitted via the contact address.
Complaints
Complaints about the application can be submitted to [email protected]. We handle complaints within 14 days of receipt and inform the user of the outcome. If the digital service does not conform to the contract, the consumer is entitled to the remedies provided by consumer law.
Liability
Altivo is a tool that supports the designer and does not replace engineering review and compliance with applicable standards. The Operator is not liable for design errors resulting from incorrect input data or unverified output. The Operator is not liable for short service interruptions caused by technical reasons or maintenance. These provisions do not exclude or limit consumer rights arising from mandatory law.
Personal data
The Operator is the controller of personal data. We process data to provide the service and handle payments. The scope, purposes, legal bases and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to the terms
The Operator may amend these Terms for valid reasons (changes in law, the scope of the service, or the payment model). We will give at least 14 days' notice of changes to the email address linked to your account. A user who does not accept the changes may terminate the contract and delete their account before the changes take effect.
Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer's country of residence. A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Disputes with users who are not consumers are settled by the court competent for the Operator's registered seat.
