Cookie policy

This policy explains what cookies are, how and why we use them on Altivo (altivo.pro), and how you can manage your preferences.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences for a period of time. They help the service work properly, improve security, and let us analyse what works well and what needs improvement.

How we use cookies

We use both first-party and third-party cookies. First-party cookies are necessary for the application to work — among other things they keep you signed in and protect forms. Third-party cookies help us understand how you use the service so we can improve it.

Types of cookies we use

Necessary — required for the service to work (sign-in, security, remembering your chosen language). These do not require consent. Analytics — help us measure traffic and how the service is used (Google Analytics). We set them only after you give consent.

Detailed list of cookies

Necessary (no consent required): Sign-in session cookie (Altivo) — keeps you logged in and secures the session — expires with the session. cookieyes-consent (CookieYes) — remembers your consent preferences — up to 12 months. __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid (Stripe) — payment security and fraud detection — up to 12 months and 30 minutes respectively. Analytics (set only after consent): _ga, _ga_*, _gid (Google Analytics) — measure traffic and how the service is used — _ga and _ga_* up to 24 months, _gid 24 hours. This list is indicative; you can find the current list of cookies and change your consent at any time in the cookie banner.

Managing cookies

You can give or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time in the cookie banner. Regardless of that, most browsers let you block and delete cookies in their settings — see your browser's help documentation (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the application from working correctly.
