Add network nodes fast (paste straight from AutoCAD)

Paste polyline coordinates straight from AutoCAD — Altivo keeps only X and Y and ignores the rest. The whole route lands in plan view in seconds, then you switch to the longitudinal profile.

Step by step

  1. 1On the projects list, click “New project”.
  2. 2Give it a name and confirm with “Create”.
  3. 3In “Points” mode, click “Add point”.
  4. 4Paste the text copied straight from AutoCAD — descriptions and the Z column are ignored.
  5. 5Click “Paste points” and all nodes appear at once in plan view (only X and Y).
  6. 6Switch to the “Profile” tab and click “Fit to screen”.
